There are a couple of women who work there who should've been shown the door long ago.
Ive gone in 5 times and called many times to complain that im not getting my mail, these people make every excuse to why im not getting it including blaming it on me.ive heard other people complaining also that theyre not gettingtheir mail.the manager there including the employees dont know how to do their jobs.....pick up your dang phone.
This post office has a record of delivering packages to the wrong addresses, both to the wrong door step & to the wrong mailbox. They don't follow through when saying they will take corrective action, and as far as I can see, don't take their jobs seriously. Whenever possible, if you live in the area served by this post office, I would highly recommend getting your items delivered by a service other than the USPS.
They have such bad reviews that at one point they stationed an employee in the entry at a podium and there was a sign posted saying how they've heard the feedback and are working to improve customer service. That didn't last long.
I've had to wait several days after I have received delivery confirmation that this location received my packages before they'd give them to me. For one package, it was nearly a week later after it was dropped off there from UPS before I received it because the SUPERVISOR didn't know how to sort the packages and mine ended up on a random shelf.

This is the absolute worst staffed Post Office I've seen. Jon is the only employee there who cares about the job and customer service.
I get emails that's a tracking number has been delivered and yet they delivered it to the wrong house and then it takes another day or two for them to figure out what house it's at. We have a community mailbox at the corner of Lake Tahoe and Wolf Creek for about the 23rd time in 2016 another adressee's mail was in my box. For instance today 8405 was in my box which is 8402. There is even a label to tell them whose mailbox this is and still get it wrong. When you complain you never get to talk to the postmaster and the employees just hide behind their Union. When you ring the bell for the special service Dutch door you can stand there for 5 minutes and nobody will answer it. Management Kerr nothing but this establishment. It's good to be a monopoly.
