Several packages were supposed to be delivered TODAY. Not Monday but Sunday. It was on its way Until it got to that location and stopped. UPS and FedEx deliver on Sundays. USPS especially this post office needs to shape up or just fking disappear.
Over the past 2 years I have called them (they never answer), called 1 800 ASK USPS and went online and submitted the same complaint repeatedly, and spoken to the mail carrier as often as I can and I even leave notes in my box to ask them to please make sure my mail is delivered correctly. I keep getting told that the reason my mail gets delivered wrong is because an "order book" in San Antonio is wrong and needs to be corrected. Whatever. I get some lame excuse every time I call and get told they are "working on it". Government efficiency at its finest!
They never answer their phone. I have tried calling the Post Office several times, different days and times and none ever answers. One time they even turned the phone off cause I was not able to get through after I tried a couple of times. I will call USPS and will complain! I also order a lot online and they never deliver my package to my Apartment they always drop everything off at the Leasing Office! On Saturday when the Office is closed they don't even bother to drive to my Apartment either and just say "not able to deliver, business closed"! It is ridiculous !
I cannot count how many times I have gotten other people's mail and packages, how many times I have asked them to please scan packages and to not claim they are delivered when they pre-scan them and wait until the next day to scan, I have had to chase the mailman down because they left the mail in my mailbox even when they flag was up but they had ear buds in their ears probably not paying attention and also this local post office is not always Friendly. I would have given this post office 1 star however some employees are not like the others. Also I feel they want us to buy an unnecessary type of shipping just to make me spend more money. Be careful.
If you are sending something ask for best price shipping otherwise they will just sell you the most expensive one they have, without letting u know there is a cheaper option. If you have a lost item or other problem don't expect the postmaster to help ur better off calling corporate office. Also always getting other peoples mail.
If I could give zero stars I would. First, they have been delivering my mail incorrectly to another house in the neighborhood that has the same 4 digit address...but a completely different street name for over 2 years.
