LESS THAN ONE STAR!
Drive through speaker broken, no one outside getting orders. After waiting 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me I decided to pull into a spot and go in. Was ignored for 2 and a half minutes before order taken and then waited another 10 minutes for my order after taken. While inside the 5 employees that I could see were about walking about as if there were nothing to do while I waited for anyone to notice that I needed a lid to fit. When I asked for the lid the girl acted like I was asking for a gold nugget. I guess that's what I get for interrupting her leaning time. A guy came in for his order that was called in and still had to wait for it to be started. Ate my order in my car and as I was finishing up when the truck that was in front of me finally got his order. Decided to wait and see how long the actual drive through wait time is and the best time I've seen is 14 minutes from order at the window to receiving it. For those few orders on the screen there should be no reason for orders to take that long and it wouldn't hurt to add some personality and possibly a smile for customers. Sad to see the only Arby's in town so run down and such bad customer service.
Really like the turkey bacon sandwich. Needs some updates. Would recommend
This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. This place is old. Nasty carpet. Bad furniture. Horrid restrooms. Other Locations we frequent in our travel are worth going to. THIS ONE IS NOT. Build one on the Downtown Bayfront. It would make a fortune.
Awesome service. Came across town the other day to try the new Bourbon Brisket sandwich meal. They were out of brisket. Gave us two coupons for free meals to return. Cane back today and finally tried the meal. It was delicious. They now have new customers. I can't believe as long as I've lived in Corpus Christi, I have never tried Arby's! See you soon!
went to eat and had already placed my order when a very loud man came in acting a fool asking for free stuff. They gave into him and gave him 2 free cookies and a free order of loaded fries.........when our order was up we were told they were out of the salted caramel cookies and would we accept a chocolate as a substitute........which in fact would have been fine if I didn't watch them give the last 2 salted caramel to the other guy for FREE after I had already PAID for mine! Horrible way to treat a PAYING customer!
