Always good customer service. Editing re review. Customer service is on the decline here. New hostesses is rude (pm shift). We ask for a chair and she just turns around walks away without acknowledging our request. We had to ask our waitress. Bar or drinks are slow to come out. Waiters are slow also. They don't know how to hussle for tips or to be attentive or courteous.
Salad was nice and fresh. Good experience overall.
Always good. Service can take a minute but that's because its always busy. Servers are super sweet and always doing their best.
Worst food experience literally EVER!!! Our waitress was awful. She didn't listen to us, didn't pay attention, and it seemed like doing her job was an annoyance. We felt like an inconvenience rather than customers. Our orders were all completely messed up, they even had to remake some of our plates. We waited over thirty min for food and no one ever came around to refill our drinks. The manager came over to speak to us and unfortunately, he was also useless. Didn't even offer any sort of service recovery or to adjust the bill. Again; terrible service and the food was mediocre at best.
Good meal, good service, not too high priced. What's not to like. I had a sirloin that was cooked like I asked. Pretty good tasting, I like Texas road House a little better. I had green beans and they were very good, nice and fresh and not overcooked.
Service was great, the food is amazing, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely a place to take the family and enjoy your free time.
