Trailers are too closs to one another. Packed in like sardines.
Has gone down hill a ton in Last few years. Looks like management for last 3 managers , are more com with trying to find ways to fine people. While the worst properties are the ones they own.
This place needs a lot of improvement. Many trailers are in very poor condition even before the hurricane. They dont enforce the rules about pets. There are loose dogs and cats everywhere.
If the rules weren't so damn ridiculous, and the rent outrageous. It wouldn't be a bad place to live
We have rented from Misty Winds for the last 13 months and have now been approved to buy our first home here. Mrs. Jodie and Crystal have been amazing throughout our time here. Any issues or concerns we've had they have always had them taken care of as soon as possible. The maintenance guys out here are nice and willing to help with anything. We moved here from Alabama and these ladies have been wonderful helping us to feel apart of this beautiful community! We are proud to be part of the Misty Winds community!!
