While I was at the boat stop, I witnessed the manager, Harold, yelling at and using profanity with a customer. Very unprofessional. Seeing this, I left immediately and took my business elsewhere. No excuse for this!
Dishonest and unprofessional business. Boat was returned in worse condition than originally brought there. I along with three friends and an international friend were nearly stranded in the ocean after being told everything was ready to go.I had to take it to a real certified mechanic to fix my motor who was in disbelief after diagnosing and realizing what had been done or not done to my motor. I highly discourage anyone from using this business unless you do not care about your well earned money or your boat. Do not waste your time nor money here.
Extremely convenient to call Mike up and tell him my boat stored on site at Boat Stop has an over heating problem. Next day he has pulled the boat out and into his shop, called with a diagnosis, I give permission to repair and it is back in my stall that night! Ready to hit the water on Friday!
