TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! **DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE** They did a horrible job and when I say "job" I use that word lightly because absolutely NOTHING was done. No job at all. I brought my Mother's dog to this location only to wait 3 hours and receive her dog in the same condition. Fur uncut. They claimed her dog was disobedient and was kept in the kennels due to his behavior. Her dog is under 2 years old and weighs no more than 5 pounds. Give me a break. They refused a refund since we had to pay in advance. We are calling Corporate Petco right now. Their manager who claims to have 7 years experience, raised her voice to us and was terribly rude, unhelpful and displayed a lack of basic respect. She is a terrible representation for Petco.
They do a good job on Baby's coat and she usually comes out in a good mood, which is rare because she hates going places where we have to leave her.
I am a bearded dragon owner and come here frequently to buy his food and other necessities and for my cat as well. I love reptiles so I always go see the ones they have there and they looked severely depressed and their tank was disgusting. Their temperatures were not correct for how small their lizards are either. Was only 80 in the whole tank when they should be 95-105 especially for those sizes. Asked a manager about them and he even admitted that the reptiles are forgotten and missed when they clean the tanks. I just really believe that’s unacceptable they’re animals too and if you’re petstore and claim to care about the pets they should all be taken care of equally.
Clean and organized. A little disappointed they wouldn't honor their online prices in store but I guess that's just company policy.
Took really good care of my dogs! Great grooming!!
