Leonard took my car to clean it. I was able to watch it thru the wash and detail process from inside their very comfortable lounge. He didn't miss a beat on my very dirty car. He even got the long scratch out that my husband got while driving it.

I have used carisma many times for oil change and detailing. They typically do a pretty good job however the last time i was there the detailer helped himself to the loose change (about $10) that i had in the console. I was very disappointed as i tipped the technician $20 and then found the change missing. I wont be going back.
This is the first I've been here. My car was so bad from traveling. I was looking for a car wash when I drove by this place.
I was worried when they told me a worker would be inside my car driving it thru, as I didn't have time to clean out the inside of my car, so I just had the outside done and windshield chips fixed.
The owner needs to evaluate his/her employees! The first thing I noticed were the employees arguing and messing around. ZERO professionalism. 2nd, as I was coming out of the gas station next door, I see my car hauling a** after it came out of the wash!!! I confronted the a**hole and cuss him out. The dude in charge apologized, gave me a card for a free car wash for next time (but there wont be a next time for this guy) he then pull him off and replaced him. The worst part and this is critical to those who will be reading this review (read this before considering this establishment), once the car was detailed, I found a scratch on it. The detailer was dumbfounded that I found the scratch and started making excuses why there was a scratch on my car. Not coming back to this establishment ever again and I suggest none of you do as well unless you like scratches on your car after getting it wash from there.
Very nice employees were all smiles too. I'm not disappointed and would recommend all my friends to bring their vehicles here for cleaning.
After Leonard got done cleaning it, then Terry took care of the windshield chips. What a wonderful job they both did. I didn't recognize it.
I will come back here, but I do recommend cleaning out all valuables if you can, just so no employee is tempted. I want my husband to bring his truck in and get it cleaned.
I checked out the inside (of course) and nothing was missing. I thanked Leonard with a nice ($) tip and Terry also. I told the manager what a great job they both did. I also asked management about the bad review and he said that employee no longer works there.
As I drive up Kim is always friendly n very helpful super fast!! Place is always clean even the restrooms. A/c feels good while we wait... my car is so clean I hate to drive it home... keep up tge good job

The car wash in town and Kim's the best attendant around always knows what we want and josh does an amazing job. Management best around always making sure we are taking care of. The oil change department is top notch Frankie and his crew always manage to make sure we have everything we need from wipers to batteries to other vehicle needs... wouldn't use anyone else...
