Usually I never have a problem at this car wash, this time I used the "pre-soak" they have and before I could even get all the way around my car, the pink soap had stained my paint. I know have a pinkish tint all around my paint, pink streaks down the side. When I talked to the owner he said he wouldn't do anything to help, then he said I need to leave the property or he would call the police on me. If possible, I'd give a 0 star. I definitely will never spend another penny at either of their car washes.
The facility is great, every thing seems to work fine. My complaint is that I used my credit card and the final cost was $5.75 and on my statement I was charged $10.00.
I need to get to the bottom of this, before I hollar FOUL!!!?
Came to get my truck washed and when I pulled out my truck was dirty and scratched the front of my vehicle. Waiting on owner.

Thanksgiving morning i was on way to family stopped at whataburger got me biscuit pulled in to wash truck ate my biscuit was opening door when attendent approuched me about eating in stall i dont mind the rule but the man was very rude and threatened me with video of me takeing 8 min before starting wash i felt violated by threat and so disrepected. Me my family and friends regularly used this wash they will never see another dime from any of us or any one we know.
