If the woman is working I drive away because she’s the rudest and most unprofessional customer service person I have ever met. You can tell who she is because she will have a blue tooth ear piece in talking to someone the entire time. She also walks away when you ask for help. If anyone else is there I will wash my vehicle.
It was the the typical "cutting off her nose to spite her face" experience. It appeared the young lady's intolerance to the south Texas heat left her a little on edge. Oh well, there are other car wash options. "Fool me once...."
Willie Clayton was already closing I had already blocked off car wash but the intent the attendant was very helpful and let us go through she even helped locate our dog that ran off.
Worst customer service experience ever! I had been washing numerous vehicles over the years at this location. All of the employees are courteous and helpful. Today, however, I dealt with a new employee, and due to the young lady's attitude and lack of caring, I will never return.
