Home I realized I accidentally bought Htv instead of regular vinyl so I called the store to ask if I could exchange since I do not own a heat press nor use htv...I was told no exchanges even though nothing was opened..I understand I bought the items and I should have been more careful but if the items are I opened how hard is it to exchange? I will not be returning
