New merchandise all the time. They work hard you keep racks & tables neat & easy to find the size you're looking for. Over the years I've found the employees to be patient, helpful & froendly to the the end of my needs.
They had a good selection of styles and sizes but I had to dig through piles of clothing to find the size my daughter needed. I had to get down on my hands and knees to go through the clothing under the table. I never had anyone ask if I was finding what I needed. A sales girl even starting stocking the table I was digging through. I might as well have been invisible. She never even looked at me.

This is the most poorly run and organized Old Navy I have ever been to. The line is typically ridiculous. I've waited 15-20 minutes to check out (because there is usually only one -- sometimes 2 -- cashiers), and more often I've walked into the store, seen the line and walked out. Once, when I had a return to make from an online purchase, I planned my Saturday morning around getting to the store when it opened so that I wouldn't get stuck in the line. The store also has a massive amount of inventory, which would be great if it were well organized and accessible. For example, I was looking for a particular pair of leggings in the active section, and they had three racks that were tightly packed with hundreds of pairs -- not organized by size/style. They were so crammed that you couldn't tell what each pair was without pulling it out, which I was not willing to spend my time doing. So, I walked out asking myself why I even bothered -- resolving not to come back. I like many of their products but shopping at this store is just not worth it. I hope they get it together.
