All emplyees stand around and talk line to the back of store for check out and only 2 registers open manger playing with employees and flirting with customers. Very unprofessional environment.
The experience is always disappointing but the selection of Calvin Klein dresses keeps me coming back for more. The clientele here is ridiculous and the store is filthy. I feel bad for the employees who have to suffer with customers shoplifting and in general rude. Children climbing over furniture and breaking items - grown adults opening packages and removing the products, dropping clothes on the floor in the aisles. I honestly think this is the worst Ross simply because of this. The staff tries so hard.
Know their return policy, otherwise they will take advantage of u and right out lie. I was told that since I did not have a receipt and my item was bought at a different ross store( item did have tag) I could not even get store credit. The guy clerk said that was their policy for 1yr already when I said I had never heard such a thing since shopping there for about 15yrs., the security girl walked up to counter, and put her two cents in and agreed that it had been their policy for last five yrs, they couldn't even get their lie straight, security girl then said it says so in back of receipt.....which I did not have on hand, I have since read it and it says no such thing. So fine I left store went to five points store returned my item ask them about return policy and they said it does not matter which store item was purchased they should have at least given me store credit as has always been the case. Corporate office confirmed it, as I e-mailed them so that I will know my return policy rights.
One of the few stores I hardly ever walk out of empty handed. Great bargains in all department.
Great deals. Cool stuff. Just not organized and they don't have enough cashiers.
