I came to the store and the door was locked. I had to stand outside for five minutes (while the people inside ignored me) before anyone let me inside. The lady who was supposed to do my hair at 5:30 didn't start until around 6:30 - 7pm. I had a meeting that evening at 8:30-9pm and I thought that three hours would be plenty of time to have my hair colored. I had to cancel my meeting, which makes me look bad. I also have a HUGE photoshoot coming up and I needed my hair colored but my usual hair lady was out of town. I showed her photos and explained EXACTLY what I wanted. She gave me the complete opposite and it took her four hours, AND damaged my hair BADLY. I am now going to have to cancel my photoshoot (and the MUA,hair stylist, and photographer, all from out of town, will probably charge me or never want to work with me again). I have to re-schedule my out of town trip now too! AND I will have to pay double, if not triple, what I would've initially paid PLUS waste more of my time (I am a single parent who works three jobs, I have VERY LIMITED TIME!) trying to get my hair corrected- and will have to cut off at least an inch of growth. I am growing my hair out to donate it but every time I get my hair done in Corpus, someone screws it up!!!!!!!! I only get my hair done every few months, and I really don't have time or money to waste. Yea, it's only hair, but this has completely ruined SO MANY plans I had, including an expensive out of town trip that I now have to cancel or reschedule, which will cost me money and time. This has been a horrible experience, and now I have to stress out about how and when I will have time and money to fix my hair. Do not waste your time coming here.
