Kids always love it. The girls love the Claire's store located inside. Found some cute Halloween costumes. However we waited and waited for a staff member to help when it came time to try and get a videogame out of the case
Went for birthday gifts for my son. Was in and out in less than 1/2 an hour. Took me longer to decide what to get than anything else! Staff was very friendly and courteous...even opened a register at customer service to check me out without waiting.
Hard to find customer service if needed. Many things do not have price labels. Good selection.
This is the original Toys R Us in Corpus, the mall location, plus the outlet store in Robstown, came later. It usually has everything I'm looking for as a toy collector. Also they will price match from online sites like Wal-Mart or Target stores. They also carry exclusives that you can only find at Toys R Us. It's clean. Aisles are roomy. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Shop here if you're looking for toys.
