I take my toddler daughter to this dentist, they are very patient & understanding with us. The only downfall is sometimes even with an appointment it takes a while to be seen.
She didn't cry the first time they stuck her with the needle.
She had to renumb my child with the shot and no numbing cream prior.
I didn't like her tone or raised voice or the fact that she said she will not finish the procedure.

Boswell was the best. The lady whose there now Is not friendly, she didn't explain anything.
The lady said she knows what she's doing and you can't give to much anesthetic!
She tried to tell Me my child "must be scared of the needle."
I will never return.
Okayyy. That's fine. As a child I never felt pain during these visits.
I watch my child hands tighten and her feet shift and her body language said pain.
I do love the blonde secretary, she's always been sweet to us
I am 30 and my son is 12. We have been coming to this dentist for ten years! He is amazing.
