Total rip off ! Horrible service I bought a range and fridge and it has been a headache. My fridge was leaking water the door was broken and now I have a hot fridge and freezer. I have sent it in to be serviced more then once but this morning the tech told me they have only worked my fridge once and only replaced rubber seals on the door which wasn't the problem in the first place. And now they want me to get another one and start paying all over again from day one. Just like they want the customers to keep up with the contract I think they should as well. I lost all the food and money!
Rude they over charge and when im late they complain but i still get charged extra money for late fees so i mean why complain
Unexpectedly had to move and when we called to have them come pick up the couches (that we technically still had rights to until the 15th of the month and it was the 2nd), they told us they had no room and couldn't come get them until 3 days later. We explained that we couldn't do that and they needed them to come get them before the end of the day or we would have to come leave them at their shop and the woman said she would charge us damages for even moving them and that our contract would be void and she would charge us for anything and everything. We've had these couches a little over a year. We have made every payment, every month, on time. They were unreasonable and rude when we tried to explain the situation. And then she hung up on us.
