I ordered a bedroom set of the internet sales, we had 5 pieces delivered, two were broken. A month later they finally brought one of the pieces, but not the second one. 2 months later they bought the second piece and it was the wrong piece. I tried to get them to take the broken price that's been in my house for 3 months and they would not. I would never order furniture again offline, and I will never set foot in another rooms to go, ever. Can't give zero stars.

Staff was great, but the advertisement for the no credit check is named wrong, it should be called "No credit check, but you better be prepared to pay out the butt" credit got denied because their lender goes by open cc balances and I have no cc's. Went across the street to 4U2 Furniture and went home with a couch.
Had a good experience here and it was even a busy Saturday. My only issue is I'm not one who likes a hard sell so next time I'll definitely tell them to save it I'm only buying what I came in for. Received my sectional within 5 days and it's great quality and extremely happy with it. Would go back.
