I walked into the store 09-13-2017 and there were 3 salesmen and not one said good afternoon or we'll be right with you. So I waited for 35 minutes I was going to leave and go somewhere else but I went over the the Denver mattress and asked this lady if she was the manager. It so happened she was the district manager for the mattress and she was so friendly and offered to help. I found what I was looking for and left the store with a very nice recliner.
When I walked in I was greeted right away. He asked how he could help me and was I looking for anything special. I told him what I saw online and wanted to take a look at it. He took me right to it and started to explain to me about the item. He told me about the item being on sale, in-store pickup, or delivery and all the payment options. He was great. He was a lot of help and I brought the item.
Bob was very helpful. He understood what we wanted and told us about special discounts. Furniture Row will continue to be our store.
