The salesman Dave Jackson helped us superbly with finding a recliner for our upcoming chapter in life with our new baby boy. We had searched in at least three different stores before finally coming to Wilcox, and in the wake of his assistance, we realized we were missing out on a lot by not coming to this particular location. He serviced as well, gave us a great deal, and afforded us what we needed and more for the price that we gave. Please you sure to put Wilcox on your list of furniture ventures when you need something.

Wilcox furniture has a ton of great selection and, unlike other furniture stores, the sales associates really give you ample time to look around first without pushing sales or pressuring you with lots of questions. Our sales associate, Eric Valdez, was very awesome! Not only was he very patient, he listened to our needs, provided multiple options and was our advocator when it came time to negotiate prices with management. The manager at Wilcox was also very helpful and was willing to work with us to come to an agreement on a reasonable price point for a new set of couches that we loved. I was truly impressed by the level of care and attention provided by both parties during our shopping experience. I look forward to making many more trips to Wilcox as it was truly a pleasant experience. Be sure to ask for Eric Valdez next time you stop by!
The saleswoman was very knowledgeable about their furniture and courteous and very helpful. I also must say her patience was phenomenal. Initially my husband and I were very undecided on the look of living room furniture and she was quite understanding and gave us our space as we hashed out our preferences. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends and family. Wilcox also gave us quite a discount because we were Harvey victims!!! What a show of compassion!!

When we got it home and assembled it, we noticed it was defective.
I just had back surgery and needed a good recliner. I wanted it as soon as possible to help me rest better at night. I called Wilcox and spoke with Eric, explaining my situation. He got on the website with me over the phone and walked me through the options. He then arranged for same day delivery even though I live out of town. The chair was just what I needed—excellent quality!
