Bad service left my Blower to get checked out took them 2 weeks to tell me what's wrong then when I went to pick it up they gave it to me in pieces and not assembled back together and was told they would have to charge me again to get it out back together. First and last time I'll do business with them.
I found out today why the picture of the parking lot of this establishment is empty. And was empty when I was there today. I went in to inquire about a sprinkler system and the different options, hoping to do something myself. I can only guess that, the suggestion that I do anything myself, was what upset, whom I presume to be, Mr. Johnson. I was in there maybe 5 minutes before he told me, "I can tell you and I won't get along so there's the door." Unbelievable!! I can only assume that he missed a dose of medication this morning because I've never seen anyone act like that before.
I purchased a BFP for my irrigation system. They didn't have one in stock, but I needed it ASAP. They did accommodate me and sent an employee to their warehouse to get one and I'm sure a few other things. I did appreciate that.
Worth it.
I ultimately made the decision to cap off my sprinkler system. A few days later I attempted to return this item. ($160). Mr. Johnson's bad attitude became apparent when I explained my situation. He stated that he wouldn't give me a full refund because he has money in it and he offered a refund of $100.
I called asking questions about 'zero turn mowers' and the owner or manager I believe was 'rude and criticized' my previous purchase of older mower I had from a big box store. A trusted friend of mine has nothing good to say about this business and says 'they cant keep a good small engine mechanic' The owner or manager run's off any good employee's. I would purchase from another business that has friendly and effective customer service.
Knowledgeable staff.
I fully understand the expense of his worker and would have compensated him that cost (about $20-$30). But his attitude and attempt to profit from zero effort on his part shows his bad character and lack of appreciation for the customer is clearly evident.
