Was seen for severe pain throughout my spine and loss of vision after being seen in Emergency room . Was told need to get a MRI as well as get a primary care provider since I am new to TX . After waiting an after my appointment time the internal med dr I saw Phillips . Did not listen nor care to look into my genetic disorders I have or the meds i currently take tried to give me a chiropractic adjustment and told me take Tylenol and flexeril. Told her take 4000 mg of apap a day already as well as muscle relaxers that it was not my hip that needed a adjustment. My bone structure is like that many abnormalities that can't be fixed since birth did not care to review med or health history . Never before have I seen such a ignorant judgemental Dr.
This facility takes forever to take patients! You think you'll see the dr right away whn taken to a room but not the case. After 45 min waiting, I sent my daughter to ask anyone there how much longer Dr to see me. Unfortunately, she did not ask a nurse and unknowingly asked Dr Phillips who was very rude to her. She told my daughter: 'well, if you let me fish w this person(was w a patient) it'll be faster!' Daughter came back to my room and cried for inconviniencing doctor. I comforted her. I really wanted to scream at tht RUDE dr!!! Not fair tht b/c ppl are low income are treated this way! Very bad service for this so called doctor Phillips.
I haven't been in 3 yrs. Fixing to make an appointment and my past experiences with this wonderful clinic was a great. I don't know if they have changed doctors
told me to come back in month can't work in so much pain . Treated me like I was a drug seeker. I guess she must have forgotten her Hippocratic oath . Stay away better care in a third world country.. Spent most of my life in the field of emergency medicine and never seen such a sad excuse for health care.. Mybe listen to patient review labs and imaging Ct X-rays past records I offered to nurse before you Judge and pull a diagnosis out of a Cracker Jack box .. Borderline medical negligence and malpractice!!!!!!!! Get it together ppl. Oh and FYI DR. Flexeril should not be used for long periods of time especially with those who have previous disposition of anxiety.. it is only one carbon away from the anti depressant Amitriptyline can have serious and life threatening effects... hmmm maybe someone needs to go back to School or pull your head out of @$$
Been trying for 3 days to get my back checked after taking an ambulance to hospital. I needed a follow-up. Good luck trying to get an appointment. I would recommend you don't waste your time with this company.

I had trouble seeing the doctor I had requested an appointment with. It caused an anxiety episode plus my b/p was always high because I never knew what to expect from nurses or doctor. Once I complained of chest pain and the doctor didn't even listen to my heart beat. I had to ask for her to listen to my heart. Once I familiarize with the nurses they where nice. They get the brunt of complaints because other staff is incompetent or ACT incompetent. Or maybe they are. Never the less it's inexcusable medical practice. Ppl go sick expecting medical treatment they just want to be well instead they are degraded, belittled and treated like cattle going throw a de-worming corral. I am in the medical field my experience was horrible.
