While the staff was nice, I had some issues with this place. It was really busy and I had to wait for a very long time to get in to see anyone. After the procedure, I asked the doctor how long it typically takes to see results and she said two weeks. After four weeks I called them to find out they didn't even run the tests I asked them to run. I am very upset about my experience there.
It also took them over 5 hours to send my documents to my original clinic.
Love my doctor! First visit takes a while but after that they see you quickly. I recommend this place. Especially for pregnant women.
The physician was great, nursing staff or receptionist at the office I was seen did not respect my decision or hear me out.
The doctor is amazing, the nurse is amazing, but that is where the amazing stops with this place. They are TERRIBLE at phone calls (receiving them and returning them)! The receptionists treat you like you're dumb and they are next to impossible to get a hold of.
Love love my doctor Nowitzky. She is so calming and informative. She took care me during my emergency C-Section. She's been my doctor for 9 yrs now. Never have a problem with the place
