The hours are not listed on the website (very typical CORPUS), nor are they included in the automated message when you call (even though they state the address in the automated message). When you call to get the address, you cannot get anyone the phone- only voicemails. I was FINALLY about to get someone on the phone with the imaging dept. and they didn't even know their own hours! The guy on the phone was very dumb. Not surprised.
The reason it gets a 3 is because we can only go in to be seen for one thing....I'm sure there are others who can sympathize with me! I try to avoid the ER yet you guys can only treat one thing! Hmmmmm...
I would not recommend this clinic. Everytime I go it is packed with very few doctors and nurses to assist with the flow of people that come in and out. The staff has been very rude and condescending. I would rather go pay $60 to get good care than $5 to sit another 4 hours with people who don't care.
Good all around health care for those that need it. got a minor problem call the quick care or if you have a serious illness you can go to f.m.a.c may take time but it is what it is.
Really great place, the staff is very polite and kind and empathetic. My only qualm is having to wait to be seen behind a long list of pillheads using the courtesy phone complaining to people that they weren't given any pills. If you guys put up a sign that you weren't catering to the city's opioid abuse epidemic it would really cut down on wait times.
