How does a hospital such as this have a "board of directors" and still look like this?
Hey maybe if your receptionist was paying attention to her job and not her phone things would be better at this hospital! This lady has such a bad attitude and horrible customer service. She is rude, disrespectful, and just hateful. Tell her if she doesn't like dealing with people to go work at a prison. She can be rude and hateful there. this is not an isolated event she is like this every time I've had to bring someone here. Don't y'all have a no cell phone policy???
The patient registration representative is a real piece of work, asking direct questions about patients chief complaints then complaining that she doesn't understand why it's none of her business.
This is the worst hospital. The ER patient care is disgusting. We waited 11 hours to be seen. The patient was in excruciating pain. They kept passing us up. People were vomiting in the waiting room. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. They had a lockdown and wouldn't see anyone. We kept asking when our turn was coming up and they wouldn't respond. If you're really sick, unless you have private insurance or money, they will not see you.
The Staff conducted themselves with Professionalism, Compassion, Empathy, and NOT only did they proformed the assigned duties, the staff would go above and beyond to assist the patient was comfortable and the pain management levels were controlled. Very satisfied with the treatment, prognosis was undetermined at the time of discharge. HOWEVER, I am currently in the first stage of Physical Therapy and I for ONCE HAVE hope again. ALL GLORY TO GOD, HE'S AMAZING!!!
My son was brought in with gun shir wound and the dr did an outstanding job. God is in control.
This is atrocious, absolutely disgusting waiting room dirt, trash everywhere. No patient privacy during check in.
Receptionist was throwing trash in the waiting room literally. This receptionist is also the most incompetent medical personnel I have ever seen, I wouldn't trust her bedside manner to apply a bandaid. This hospital apparently doesn't have a patient advocate either.
