John Sherman why are you making a review as if your a Customer you work there lol omg. This place is terrible they took my money, created a policy then canceled it a month later and refused to reimburse me and made me out to be a liar that I didn't give them ANY money after pleading my case they gave me a gift card that wasn't even for the amount i gave them! They must not have trained their reps correctly be very careful and make sure u get all paper work and receipts they may give u especially if your paying with cash. And try to avoid Mr. John sherman. He took my cash and accused me of lying. I had to argue and other unnecessary stuff to get my money back. That's not all he did either. But it's too much too type. Try Fred loya or acceptance instead.
