I work at a car dealership so I send my customers to her that are looking to lower their insurance coverage. She always beats the competitors prices! Awesome place to get insurance!
Horrible! They never returned my call. I got a new car and even after a month thet never switched my insurance to the new car causing my payment to over charge me by $50. Do Not get insurance from them!!!!! The staff has no idea what they are doing.
Joely is the best. She works with her customers, gives them the best advice, finds ways for you to save money and has you in/out the office in a timely manner. I would recommend her to everyone!
This is a very professional insurance agency. Joely quoted our business policy and we ended up with more coverage and lower rates. The best thing about this office is that they are very personable. When I call them they know me, my policy and my business and answer any questions I have with out having to look me up in some data base. Joely calls and follows up on everything they do and if she tells you she will do something...it gets done. We have a very busy clinic and having Joely and Stephanie looking out for us has been great.
