I have had State farm insurance for 10+ years. I'm originally from San Antonio area and my Agent there and his staff was great! Always on top of things and they knew their stuff. Will Denton apparently does not train his staff as well. I've been given miss information on multiple occasions and then was told I was not clear enough on my request. How much clearer do you need to be when you say you want to make your monthly payment? Never met Will Denton but after giving him my business for 3+ years I'll be switching agents.
Very pleased with my experience! Upon arriving I was acknowledged and greeted, the staff was very through in answering all my questions regarding my policy. They went above and beyond and made sure I had the proper coverages. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Will Deaton.
