I had my watch battery replaced at another jewelry store, and they weren't able to pop the cover back on. I went to Laiba on the chance they could assist, and not only did they replace the cover, they also did it free of charge.
Gave a reasonable price to replace a watch battery. Then at checkout the price was double. Asked why it was double and was told it was for removing a link. I never agreed to paying them to remove a link from the watch.
Thiefs. Plain and simple. I've already contacted CCPD to file a police report.
