My father spoke very highly of this shop. When he passed away, I ordered a pendant with his print from the funeral director only to be extremely disappointed at the poor quality I received. Remembering my father's praise for this place, I took the pendant in to be professionally polished and they did an amazing job, but it wasn't enough. The quality of the pendant was too poor and I had to take it in again (twice within one month). They suggested remaking the pendant in a higher quality metal and it came out perfect! Also, I only paid a small amount more than I paid for the original pendant. I had great customer service every time I went in and the jeweler did wonderful work! I am extremely thankful to them for helping me get a good quality keepsake that I know will last me a lifetime!
This will become your family jeweler! This place has great customer service and the attention to detail is beyond measure. You get not one, but two master jewelers who do the work onsite with wonderful turn around time. They are highly recommended for your jewelry and watch needs. And they can do custom jewelry too!!! Wow!
