Was not crowded, but they took long to calle for my interview.
Trying to get information out of this place is impossible. Case managers never returns phone calls. You can't get even get customer service representatives to pick up the phone. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would give this place a NEGATIVE 10. How can the elderly maintain their services when caseworker or managers are UNREACHABLE. Who is running this clown show operation.
