Phillips tried to pass off a bad roof by using fake inspector did not follow protcol.

I never got a windstorm certicate from Phillips roofing and restortation. He broke my roof and ran like a rat.

Then got l Nelson came our said he passed it bit 8 months later did not turn in the paperwork. Mr Nelson got up on roof top shingles over said he was going Phillips a favor. I call windstorm they said it takes 30 days to turn paperwork. I told them what I think going on my roof is bad. Flag it die two weeks Phillips got caught lied. And Dan woods came out said the roof is bad. Phillips refused to make it right and Phillips still running. PHILLIPS has 2 liens found guilty under Texas Trade act. Bad person. Fraud.
