Petty tyrants treat you like a child. Told me I had to sit in a specific spot in the waiting area. Then they couldn't complete the transaction that day so I had to come back the next day. I sat in the same spot the 2nd day I came in. The rude female dog then told me that they changed the sitting spots for a particular issue and that I had to get up and sit on the other side of the room while I waited. Just order me around over petty things like where to sit while I wait forever.
They have the rudest and most incompetent people working at this office. My advice is be very patient and only speak when you're spoken to. Good luck.
If there was a - infinite rating I would use it. Service is extremely burucratic, fill out the form no matter what!!! Take a number sit and wait, new bldg, new checking, same useless staff and services only looking to collect as much $$$ and take the longest time possible no matter what
They tell you as little as possible making you go back to get each piece of paperwork separately. True customer service would be to explain everything needed at one time!

If the IQ of the employees here were their golf scores then these people could crush Tiger in his prime. Seriously though they wouldn't accept my tax ID papers as proof of residency because I was there three days before the date the tax number becomes effective. They literally want me to wait 3 days and bring the exact same papers back to them. When i acted irritated by this my feiendly and helpful attendant picked up her phone and told me she had contacted a state Trooper. Okay.
On top of it all, I talked to the front desk employee when I first arrived to try and avoid anything like this happening and she agreed everything looked fine...
