I just bought this first alert security safe and lock the keys in thinking its a digital safe little did i know the batterys got lose and the key pad was useless and the keys stayd lockd in.not smart always keep a key.cause batterys do run out.and in all thanks to the great service i recieved by far they only charged me 20bucks.i strongly recommended this place to anyone in the corpus/Nueces county area.we drove from robstown when we called everyone in corpus that knew about safes none of the other stores were sure if they could open this small walmart safe without a picture these guys were my last hope and they told me to bring the safe in and if he or the other safe techs couldnt open it to leave it in till the other more experienced safe techs could open it the following day but that wasnt the issue.one guy couldnt open it but let me tell you the youngest guy in the back already working on a tough safe left his safe to come and work on my safe and poped it open like cold beer.it left me in shock like thanks man he was all no thanks to me that guy opened it.so i will definitely be back the place was like a safe heaven every model of safe was in that store from keys as well.so come by and your key and lock seaviced they are located on south staples/carroll lane.
