PICK THIS COMPANY!!! First of all the cost of unlocking my car was 50$ which was an incredible price compared to the other companies in Corpus, secondly they said the estimated time would be 30 minutes because that was the standard time but they were there in 15 minutes OR LESS than that, it was so quick I couldn't believe it. the worker who showed up, Lance was incredibly friendly, he immediately unlocked the car, and was all around just so helpful and personable and saved my night. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND POP-A-LOCK!!! :-)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Called them at 5:30 am. They made it to where I was in Portland in 15 minutes and within 5 minutes of that I was on my way. Very happy with their service
They damged my lock and runaway.
I called them and asked their rates. The man told me that they wouldn't have anybody available for 2 days! Two days! This from a company that advertises themselves as open 24/7. I said, Wow! Ok, thank you thou. And then he hung up. Not so much as an apology or an explanation. What poor customer service.
We called them at 5:20pm because our vehicle was RUNNING and locked. They are located 13 minutes from our home. We called them after 35 minutes and the woman on the phone lied to us and said the tech was having trouble because of debris on the road. We have been driving around town all day long and there is NO debris ANYWHERE. They still didn't show after an hour and a half. Our car had been running this entire time and we even told them that several times!!! We ended up calling to cancel and requested from another company and they were GREAT.
I tried to call and they were so rude with me, they didn't want pay for it and said that they aren't responsible for damages.
