Do NOT trust the positive reviews, they are likely planted by the company who is also paying Google for Ads. These are the rudest, most unprofessional locksmiths I have ever dealt with. In addition to breaking our lock, the clearly inexperienced technician decided "not to charge us", then left us with a broken lock and expensive parts that needed replacing. When contacting a supervisor, he was extremely brash and insensitive, and instead of finding a way to help solve the problem worsened by his employee, the ONLY thing he offered to do, was charge us for another "inspection". If Portland was any larger, this company would have been bankrupt a long time ago. Use a different company!
Zak was fast and efficient. Came out right away to our business to service our locks - and on a Saturday! Reasonably priced. Friendly.
