Jeremy and Shawn arrived on time, expeditiously replaced my broken main water shut-off valve, cleaned the job site and presented a very reasonable bill and full explanation of all costs. I was also kept informed of exactly when they would arrive. I am a retired builder and I know good plumbing when I see it - and recognize excellent customer service. Prompt service, all problems explained to me as they remedied them. Really courteous and efficient plumbers... just the standard mark-up on parts made me say ouch, but I'm sure that is industry wide. Graf is now my "Go To" plumbing company!
