Their properties are over priced and cheap. We had the cheapest cabinets and where missing half of the doors, they never gave us new ones. the rest of them started to delaminating, and we got charged, even after they said the humidity makes them fall apart. Their repairs they put in before you move in are half fast, and too many to nick pick, but when you move out, they charge you for them. When weather damages place, they will charge you. And it was hard to motivate to keep up with yard because there was hidden 2 ft holes everywhere and kids could play or you would brake your equipment just to cut it. Don't rent from them or you'll be sorry when you move out. We now have a great up graded house with great yard for same price.
Rented a property for over a year. Mike and Rhonda went out of their way on several occasions to ensure that I was taken care of. Including returning to their office, after hours, when I locked myself out. Nothing but good things to say here.
