Purchased a home that Al Perez was the listing agent on. All went well during the transaction of the home but things started to seem a little out of sorts the day we closed.
Donna worked with us patiently from June to August. She showed us several homes, and instantly knew what we were looking for to fit with our family and needs. He stated that he did not know who had the remotes to the garage door and that he would be getting us some to make up for the mess they were cleaning after we had closed. She left him her phone number to make arrangements to drop the replacement remotes as well as get us the alarm code for the house so that we could change it.
At this point I felt sick realizing the kind of person that this guy may actually be. I find it hard to believe that the woman trusted this man enough to act on her behalf in the sale of her home and then he turns around after he gets his money and does this.
I am very thankful for Rachel's help guiding me through the process of finding and purchasing my first home. The process seemed very effortless on my end due to her hard work and diligence. She was attentive to my family's needs, quick to respond to any questions I had (at all hours) and, I will be highly recommending Rachel Williams to anyone looking to purchase a home, especially new buyers.
He called later that day to say that he didn't know the code and that we needed to call the alarm service company and deal with it ourselves because he didn't remember what the code was and wasn't interested in getting it.

Went back and looked at my closing docs and realized that he held Power of Attorney for the seller.
Sad.
Called him again and phone rang then went to voicemail. Called his office number. Was told by the lady that answered that she had just hung up with him and to call him back on his cell. Called him back and got one ring and then his voicemail. He was denying my calls. At this point my frustration with his attitude and demeanor boiled over. I called repeatedly til he answered. Was greeted with "I don't know who this is but I don't appreciate you calling me 50 times when I am in a meeting" I hadn't called that many times. I informed him who it was and that I was trying to get his clients stuff out of my new home and that I didn't feel it was appropriate to just throw out wedding albums and the like. He responded "well I'm not going to make it by to throw them away so just put them in the trash."

Called him a week after closing to let him know that the photo albums had been left and to ask if he was going to get them for his client. He claimed he had forgotten them and would call the next day to arrange a time to pick them up then.
My wife met him at the home to retrieve the keys after closing, there were still quite a few things left in the house from the woman who had owned the house(She was moved to a facility where she would receive the care she needed.) When she arrived he had another man cleaning out the house when he was overheard saying "all this is going to my dad's house." My wife did a quick walk through of the house and noticed some photo albums in a closet. She let him know that they were there so that they wouldn't be left behind. In the process of cleaning the house he filled the city trash can on the day of the weekly trash collection. He didn't even bother to take the can to the curb to be picked up.
