the burgers are good, the patty is a bit dry though, but the bun is really greasy so I guess it balances out. I liked the variety of sauces they offer, and how you can go to the salad bar to add all the toppings you want for your burger. the decorations seriously need a cleaning, they are super dusty! the last time I went, my table was sticky so it was obvious my table wasn't cleaned the day before.
Maria , on-duty manager for 9-20-2017 is the BOMB! Not only did I have a great meal, but I left some personal property at the restaurant and she agreed to mail it to me free of charge. I live out of town and travel frequently. That is customer service! Give her a raise! I'll frequent Fudruckers in other cities just because of this.
Clean nice decor. Always great burgers. Service was quicker than some "fast food" burger chains. I always enjoy Fuddruckers.
Fuddruckers is always a solid place to get a good hamburger. This particular one had an off night when we went and they somehow heard "no bun" on one of the orders so we were a little surprised to see just a hamburger patty sitting on the plate, but it was quickly fixed and no harm done. Very friendly staff here as well and very clean. We look forward to going again.
Pretty pricey for the offering. They also have a unique understanding of different burger cook lengths in that medium rare for them is what most consider rare anywhere else and this carries throughout. Not impressed, but not dissuaded from returning either.
