I decided to try this place for the first time today and went online to order delivery. It did not specify a delivery time or estimate. My card was immediately debited when I placed the order, yet an hour later our food still hadnt arrived. I called the restaraunt and the girl who answered said "Oh I thought "they" called you. We dont have a delivery driver today so no deliveries." She asked if I wanted to pick up the order which of course I did not since that was the point if ordering from a restaurant that advertised delivery. She offered me a refund but then said it would take 3 days to post to my bank. When I asked who was in charge of calling me she said she didnt know. When I asked if I could talk to the manager she said he wasnt available and she had no idea when to expect him. Also, my receipt from them sent to my email was for $44.15 including tax and delivery. But my card was charged $52.98. I had to order food from another place and spend even more money since they couldnt immediately credit my card the way they immediately debited it. And no one took responsibilty, the girl had a very casual "oh well" tone to her voice, as if this is normal or no big deal. The experience was so unprofessional, shady and upsetting.

I placed an order online for pick up and my card was charged. When I show up to pick up my order, the doors are locked and there's no one in sight. The "open" sign was even up. No sign showing they were closed, nothing on their voicemail saying they were closed. And clearly there online ordering system didn't say anything about being closed. This is RIDICULOUS! HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS. Obviously never coming back here.
I found this place online, I wanted steak but didn't wanted to go out or drive, so I googled steak delivery lmao
i will recommend it, containers were good and neatly arranged, condiments in bag, food was hot, for a first time it was great, I will definitely order again in the future.
they took less than an hour to get here which was good, gave me time but wasn't too long either.
ok, the verdict!
Ordered online but they called and told us they weren't delivering that day, so we said we'd pick up. We were told the order would be ready in about 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting for about 45-50. The food we got was good- a gyro and a burger- but instead of the wontons we ordered we got these weird really tiny pieces of battered chicken that were super dry and tasteless? I'd go back if I was sure we'd have the time (and I'd double check the order once we got it.)
$5 fee for delivery + tax = $31
the baked potato was on point too.
