Loved living there with my rv! Wish they had put caliche or paved it. Everything else was great! Very family friendly!

We bought our home in December. Have not had any issues. Raquel and Angela respond to make calls immediately.. love the quiet n peace.. i really like living away from the city!! You also get to see all the fireworks that people pop cus they're right across the street.. i will recommend this place anytime...
We have been in our home for over 6 months,from the application process onward, we have been treated with kindness, respect and timely communication. The house was definitely fixed up before we moved in and there have been some maintenance issues, but every time we have requested a service call there has been a timely response. In particular, I'd like to recognize the office staff they have assisted us in the few situations where we needed additional help. I have recommended Seascape to friends seeking rentals and will continue to do so
