Okay, first of all, the reviews posted on here are bogus. I received excellent customer service as well as a nice leather bag that was suggested to me by the seller. He was very sociable and even checked the dimensions of my bag to make sure my laptop would fit in it. The other bad reviews posted here are for stupid reasons. Yes this is a nice shoe store and yes the sellers might have a stuck up nature, that's part of the fashion industry. Don't like it? Then don't shop there.

On Monday March 27th 2017 @ about 7:30p I went into Aldo to purchase some shoes I was never greeted there was a young man and a heavy set young girl just sitting behind the cashier desk. They never once asked if I need any help. I had two pairs of shoes that I was interested in...I did mention to the both of them " well since you didn't bother to assist me or see if I needed anything the young man just took the pairs of shoes and said I don't have those shoes in your size.. They made me feel like a was a inconvenient to them and humiliated at the way they treated me......I am a secret shopper and I have to say hands down I would not bother or waste my time or money to go into a store where the customer service is hands down distasteful......
