I randomly stopped by today to begin looking at dresses for my upcoming wedding. Jenny helped me to find everything that I needed. I never would’ve thought I’d choose something so soon. She was so sweet, amazingly helpful and made me feel so comfortable. I typically dislike shopping but she made this experience wonderful. Jenny and the rest of the staff were great and I truly appreciate them all.
So I went in to my local David’s Bridal with every intent to “just browse” but that somehow turned into an appointment and I was blessed with my stylist who could totally be my sister soul mate, KELLY! She found the perfect dress for me and I said yes. Only days later there was a hiccup in the “planning” and things were forced to change for my future wedding. Thankfully by God’s grace things were repaired but a change of venue had to be arranged therefore causing me to start my dress shopping again. When I called to explain things to the manager she completely understood and rescheduled me for another appointment. Only this time my original stylist was leaving by 1pm and my appointment was for 6:30. Saddened by the news I went ahead with a heavy heart and kept the appointment. As I walked in at 6:30pm to my appointment KELLY was their waiting for me ready to clock back in to work just for me. She actually came back to work that day just for me. I can not tell you how appreciative I was. She’s a special soul. She treated me not as a client but as a friend or family member and it’s because of her that I enjoyed every bit of finding my dress not once but twice. I love her to pieces. Brides to be need more Kelly’s...Hell the world needs more Kelly’s!!! (Shot out to Mrs. Sylvia to for her kindness and understanding).

The first time I ever stepped foot into David's was for a family members wedding. Her stylist was horrible. She was so rude and wasn't much help. So when it came time for my big day, I was extremely hesitant. However all that changed due to Nick Perez. Because of him, I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! Nick Perez was my stylist and he was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend seeing him for your next appointment! He made my experience absolutely wonderful. He was so patient with me and had me laughing the whole time! --THANK YOU NICK!
If you are thinking of going to David's Bridal DONT! Save your special day and go else where. They took advantage of a young girl by herself and charged her $900 for alterations on a $600 dress purchased from them. I would normally say lesson learned but when the dress was destroyed and the alterations team had to stay late to fix it by the next day they thought it was ok that they treat her like that. When I try to reach Brandon at customer service he would refuse to take my calls and wouldn't call me back other than to say there was nothing they would do. The last time he refused my call the girl that answered the phone would only give me an address where I could write a letter. No customer service at all! Go somewhere else!
