I am a current, LEAVING customer of this location. The day I signed up for my storage unit, I had a trailer full of things to place in it. When trying to leave the property one of the employees vehicles was blocking me from exiting so I asked him to move. He then screeched his tires, and told me a was a pain in the a** as he moved it. He claims he didn't, my business partner and husband will attest to the fact that he is lying. The next month, when I THOUGHT I was on automatic payments I was locked out of my unit without notice. They claim they called, I checked my phone bill to see if a call was received and it was not. I paid that up and figured we were good to go, right? WRONG. Today, I got a phone call asking if my things were abandoned in the unit since I had removed the lock. I had spoken to someone yesterday explaining that my unit was full of items necessary for my business and I would be leaving it unlocked while things were removed and employees were needing access. If I gave someone the heads up, why am I being asked if I have abandoned my items. This isn't storage wars. People don't really leave almost 25,000 in possessions in a storage unit WHILE COMPLETELY PAID. Even if I did abandon it, I shouldn't be getting the call until the unit is past due. You people are ridiculous, I am in the business of helping people who are relocating to the area find temporary housing and many need storage. Feel good in knowing that I will NEVER refer anyone to your location. Atrocious customer service. Shame on you.

I wouldn't even give them a single star but I had to just leave this report their units all week I have water leaking from their unit all in my things the guy Just Smiles at me and says he should have had insurance they don't want to do anything for me I would not refer anybody to this place after I've been at a paying customer for 3 years so disrespectful
