I have been coming here for 7 years and they are kind and knowledgeable about all your animal needs... I would not trade Dr. Moody or Dr. King for anything. The girls in the front Rock (my favorite is Melissa!} Would not go anywhere else!
Honestly this place is amazing. It's not fancy by any means but you can tell the staff loves animals. People are complaining about the wait but fail to recognize that these people are providing great services for a great price. I took my cat in because he had a blocked bladder and was very sick which is an emergency. They called me back in less than 20 minutes. If it's important they will see your pet asap. I went in expecting to pay hundreds but only paid about 200 for everything. My cat is happy and healthy thanks to this place. These people deserve a Nobel Prize.
They could do with a makeover or renovation. But service is friendly and prices are very reasonable. I take my animals there for all their vet needs.
This is the worst vet clinic in Corpus Christi and if I could, I would not give them one star. It is dirty, no filthy and you can tell that some staff members have no clue as to what they are doing. They have a high turnover rate because once you work there, you know how awful that place is and leave. Why do people bring their pets here? Because it is cheap. Yes, it is true, you get what you pay for. Sadly, many of us cannot afford to pay for better care because veterinary services are so expensive. Our family dog, a little over one year old, had exploratory surgery to see if he had a blockage in his stomach. All they found was inflammation of the pancreas or pancreatitis. Our dog is now dead. They had us pick him up the same day of his surgery. They didn't even offer to keep him overnight for observation. He never stopped bleeding from his rectum. We called the clinic back and by then the answering service was on. They referred us to the Emergency Animal Hospital on Airline...and that is another story...they will get their review, too, because these two places send patients back and forth between each other. The Airline hospital told us the bleeding was normal after surgery. Our dog bled to death. He didn't even live 24 hours after the surgery. Our family is devastated. We won't be suing because we have been told this is something difficult to prove, so a bad review is the best we can do and hope to warn others about both of these places. I failed to mention that when we picked up our fur baby after the surgery, he was covered in blood almost from head to toe, filthy, and stunk very badly. We did not drop him off that way for surgery. He had no bandages, no cone to keep from scratching the incision site, NOTHING! Please do not ever use these places. Go to a better place and work out a payment plan. Save your fur babies from these awful places!!
Great veterinarians always a busy place great service I've taken my all my pets there and they have always taken very good care of them.
