I made an appointment for my cat almost 3 weeks ago & they called me a week later saying that the person I booked called in sick! I rescheduled because I can understand stuff happens. Then as we are on our way to his appointment that was rescheduled I get a text & email saying that the appointment is canceled AGAIN!!!! I called to see what was the deal & they said that we ran late & cancelled it for us! Our appointment was scheduled from 5-7!! I called & asked a few days ago to make sure it was okay if we came a little later than 5 & the girl I spoke with said any time from 5-7 is fine! I know what I heard.
If you want to get your dog groomed, don't bother with this place... unless it's Sunday and Joseph is working. Their groomer Sarah is a horrible person who can't do her job. If your dog requires any hair cutting and shaving she makes it look really weird and complains about having to shave the paws ... then she tells you you have to get the vet to do it and still expects to be paid for an incomplete job. The one star is too much for her... Furthermore, if you have an issue with service you can complain to management... just don't expect them to do anything about it
The employees are almost always helpful and courteous. They have a good variety of products and their prices seem comparable to other stores. They have a grooming salon and a veterinary clinic in the store for added convenience, and they offer obedience classes as well. PetSmart also offers pet adoptions on the weekends by allowing local shelters to set up in the store.
Great dry good selection but most of they're fish and reptiles are very sick so if you are wanting to get fish I would recommend Tropical Fish Haven Or GC Reef. And as for reptiles I would say buy them from a local breeder or buy them online. The staff will often give false information that will lead to the death of your reptile or fish.
The girl that answered the phone & said our appointment was canceled said, “I’m almost 100% sure no one told you that!” Then I asked if they could please squeeze us in we were already half way there to the store & they said no that all of a sudden they had ANOTHER pet she was working on that was scheduled the same time!!! I’m sorry but that ridiculously fast for you to cancel someone within 30 min then ALL OF A SUDDEN have another appointment right then & there. Can you work on 2 pets at a time?? They are not professional nor are the courteous! Thank god we didn’t pay for the appointment ahead of time! For me to hurry out of work to go all the way across town just for them to cancel & be rude....nice job.
The have many choices of pet products. I went to get dog bed oaid 35 bucks and that was on sale. There price are high on a lot of things. Ho to wall mart find pet supplies a lot cheaper and gas. But. Service was good.
