The people here are always friendly and very helpful. They all do what they can to make you and your pet(s) as comfortable as they are able. They give you options for treatments recommendations

Dr. Betty has been taking care of my furry kids for a very long time. She has a great compassion and understanding of people who love their pets as though they are human children. I have been so grateful to her and the other vets for their care and quality of services for more than 10 furry kids over the past 28 years. They are definitely my favorites.
We are very pleased with the care and professionalism here. My dog was bitten by a snake and the vet closest to me (Padre) was "too busy with their own emergencies" (direct quote) to see my dog. Southside not only saw my dog on extremely short notice, they urged me to come ASAP when I called them. They too were busy but they took time to care for my dog immediately. I'm happy to say that my dog is on the mend. Also, I never felt pressured for any treatment options. They took the path of least to greatest care and my dog is alive and well.
I have faithfully went to this place for the last five years because they used to be excellent but most of their new staff are so bad that I am pretty close to finding a new place. I ended up paying for stuff that I questioned whether I should have it... because the assistant, who seemed to be useless, didn't listen. I think I will give them one more short and then that is it....
