The car was filthy with sand inside and out! The drive back to McKinney was much better than it would have been without the car wash. I used the vacuums that were available and left all that sand for someone else to play in...
$18 wash with terrible results. talked with manager, Jessie, and he gave me excuses as to why my car wasn't clean. He stated that they have a bug wash brush for the customer to scrub their own car. I asked for a refund and he denied because he wasn't authorized. Asked for the owner and Jessie stated that he was not available. Told him I could get a better wash for cheaper some where else and he agreed. He stated I was rude and had nothing further to say to me. Really?
My car never got clean at this location and the owner Tommy is very unprofessional. In all fairness I did receive a refund for the last wash. However, the owner lacks customer service, as well as, the ability to communicate to other human beings. I don't go months in between car washes nor do I off road. The extent of the dirt on the car is from normal weekly conditions. I would recommend going somewhere else. The auto washes here are even worse than the stripes washes.
The mid-range wash was just over $30 however there was little to no personal detailing. They just guide you into the tunnel...thats it!! Wasn't impressed and the wash wasn't good....sorry.
I got the $18 dollar wash and it left weird film on most of my car. I paid $18 for a wash It should NOT leave weird spots on the car. Also if you have a bunch of bugs on you car you HAVE to use the brush station incredibly well
