Well liked I would say because it is always busy. Maintained well and clearly lit at night.
It used to be very good but went last year thru electric wash and it left my truck full of soap. Would not rinse it. Today i went thinking it was fixed ans it just rinsed it no soap at all. Definitely not going back ever again.
Part of cleaning a car is getting the wheels and tires clean as well. Quite often cleaning wheels and tires requires a special spray and brush. I use wheel cleaner and then bleach white on the tires for example. Unfortunately, if the owner or employees see you doing this quick step before washing your car they'll tell you to stop or leave. It's unfortunate that the owner doesn't understand the car washing process. I've been washing, polishing, wet sanding and waxing cars for years. I even managed a self service car wash for a couple of years. Not allowing your customers to address their wheels and tires prior to wash is a little ridiculous. I even offered to pay for the time I was doing it and the owner told me "no, it's hand washing, we don't allow hand washing" I understand that he can't have people showing up with a bucket and sponge and actually hand washing their cars. The same goes for big trucks covered in mud. I understand why he doesn't allow them, I have shoveled plenty of wash bays. However wheel and tire cleaning is totally different. If you want to go to this car wash be warned. Besides that it's a good car wash. The spot free rinse left a few calcium deposits but besides that pretty good and a decent price. They take credit cards.
There's a carwash by 5 points that is literally half the price. And better.
